A quick note on timing

We've put together our best estimate based on what you told us — but every move is different on the day.

The actual time can be affected by things like: how many floors are involved, lift availability and how busy they are, parking distance, how the property is laid out, and how prepared everything is when we arrive. We always work as efficiently as we can, but some of these things are simply out of our hands.

  • The booked time is charged in full, even if we finish early — that slot is reserved exclusively for you.
  • Time over your booked duration is charged at the same rate, per 30 minutes started.
  • If you reduce the recommended duration and the job takes longer, we can't guarantee we'll be able to stay — we may have another job booked immediately after, based on the time you selected.
  • By choosing your duration, you're securing the Luton van and the team for that specific window.
💡If you're unsure, we'd always recommend adding a 30–60 minute buffer. It's much easier to finish early than to run out of time.
